This program of study satisfies the educational requirements of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.  Our comprehensive course includes a special segment on Real Estate Math, Arkansas Real Estate Law and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.  After completion of the course, you will receive a certificate that you will send, along with an application to take the Real Estate Exam, to the Arkansas Real Estate Commission.  There is a $72 application fee and a $19.25 background check fee, payable to AREC, and a $75 testing fee payable to PEARSON VUE (the testing center).  The license fee is $50 and there is a one-time $25 fee for the AREC Recovery Fund.
